Customer Service position
- Professionally and accurately handling inbound calls of customer’s inquires and request on the company’s products and services by applying good of knowledge of modern tools, policies, and processes.
- Responsible of keeping abreast of company’s products, services, marketing campaign, system, process, and technology content displays.
- Internal training will be provided
- SPM / Diploma / Degree holder with at least 1 year working experience in customer service or related industries.
- Fresh graduates without working experience are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Punctual positive attitude with a good health.
- Able to start immediately or within a short-notice.
- Must be able to work on rotating shift, weekend and public holidays.
